A wonderful treat finding this little house! Once inside, a step back in time to the 1940's complete with vintage decor and furniture. Completely free! just a donation perhaps
Almost at the edge of the Albert Dock, external part of the Merseyside Maritime Museum. It pictures how a typical family home looked and worked during WW2. Quiet informative and educational, for sure.

A lovely little viewing of a house which was from the War, as for it being a National Museum, the entry is Free. It is a literal 3 to 5 minute walk, with a viewing downstairs and upstairs. Showing life at this home.
the pier masters house gives you a fantastic feel on what the family had to contend with in times past, its defiantly a blast from the past and it really does give you an insight in to what conditions family's lived like in liverpool when the war was on going. its free entry and donations are welcome upon entry.

Quaint little house illustrating life during war time. It was a trip down memory lane for the pensioner in our group who recognised the contents as mainstream of the era.
Free Tour, beautiful old house! Everything inside has remained intact, I was amazed by the features of the objects still present inside !!
