Have a big issues with my shoulder and neck, and decided to get a bit of painful but so worth it Thai massage with oils! I felt much better after it! Lovely atmosphere, love the small touches like tea, water and little chat. Place is very nice, and therapists are lovely! Highly recommended, especially because of quality of service :
Wow the massage is amazing, best I’ve ever had!! Reason why I chose the place is because of the good reviews and glad I did! Today I had a deep tissue and I really needed it!! Just professional all around, the wonderful smell when you enter makes you feel so relaxed, the team are really kind and lovely to talk to! I really like how you take your shoes off when you go inside, so you know when you go into the massage room that the floors are all clean! I highly recommend and will definitely come back - THANK YOU!!!!!!
I had an hour long Swedish massage at Nattawan Thai Spa. The staff work warm, thoughtful and attentive. The room was beautifully furnished and was more spacious than other places I’ve been to in London. I really appreciated the sturdy massage table which I promptly went into a deep meditative state upon. I’d definitely recommend this place and hope to go again.
Hidem Gem is hands down the best massage experience I’ve ever had. Kay is an incredible masseur, and the whole place is just perfect. The receptionist is super friendly, making you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The rooms are spotless, and the tea at the end is a lovely touch. Highly recommend!

I recently visited Nattawan Thai Spa for a massage, and it was an incredible experience. I was in a lot of pain before my session, and I walked in with hopes of finding some relief. From the moment I arrived, the welcoming atmosphere put me at ease. The massage itself was exceptional. The therapist was highly skilled and attentive, really listening to my needs and focusing on the areas that needed the most attention. By the end of the session, I felt completely relaxed and significantly less in pain. Will definitely be returning back. I highly recommend Nattawan Thai Spa to anyone seeking not just relaxation but also relief from pain. They’ve earned my highest praise!
I could not recommend Nattawan more highly. Everyone who works there is friendly and shows genuine care. The environment is clean and calm and it feels as though you are stepping into an oasis! I had a thai combination massage, which was fantastic and left me feeling restored. I can't wait to return soon!
Such a wonderful experience. I had a deep tissue massage with A who gave the perfect pressure and completely worked her magic. She was even walking on me at one point which was amazing. When she had finished the massage, she used an hot cloth to wipe all of the oil away. Afterward, you are greeted with water and tea. Thank you so much!
The best place for massage. Cant fault them. Amazing service. Even though it’s a bit of a travel for me I still enjoy it and keep coming back. Very releasing and cleaning
