Had a great night Saturday 29 October at the Rat Pack. Amazing entertainers. Everyone seemed to be buzzing after the performance. Fingers crossed the theatre gets back to fuller capacity soon. Thank you.
Lovely theatre. Staff very friendly. Small auditorium but I bet the atmosphere is great with shows & panto. We saw a movie & enjoyed a drink from the bar. Will definitely return.
This is a great theatre which I attended when I came to a Healthcare Northumbria conference. It has good raking making the stage very easy to see from all seats with unimpeded views. The sound system was very good making the various presentations easy to hear. There is a bar and a large meeting room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was impressed this small theatre is thriving and it is a great asset to the community.
A hidden gem of a theatre. Two very good acts in three nights.
Went to see Beauty and the Beast Ballet this was just lovely... The staff at the Pheonix are always friendly happy to help.
There was only one member of staff in the Bar who worked fast and gracefully to make over a dozen hotdogs, drinks and popcorn for the people lined up for the cinema. Understaffed extreme but he did so well under the pressure. Thank you for good hospitality. The movie was great we saw Lightyear. Cinema itself was very clean well kept and cosy.

Went to see the amateur dramatic production of Elf the musical, which was brilliant. The staff at this theatre are always helpful and friendly.
Lovely theatre right in the centre of town. Nice bar and auditorium, can't fault it.
