I was delighted with the help and kindness I was shown at the Phoenix Surgery. The receptionists were very helpful and kind they couldn't have been better. Both doctors that I saw were very patient and reassuring. I thought everyone involved with my care was wonderful.

I tried to get my two year old seen about red lumps that were all over his body and the lady I spoke to on the phone was very rude and horrible and instead of asking about my son and the lumps she was more interested in my parenting.... This place is a joke, absolutely shite

Takes 3 weeks to get an appointment. Told me that they could book my daughter in for a meningitis b jab, so waited 3 weeks, turned up to the appointment to be told she couldn't have it done as she was to old, bearing in mind I have told the receptionist her age when booking her in. Completely useless.

Dreadful ,, can't get an appointment for about a month ,, the receptionists are rude ,, long term illnesses are not checked up on properly ,, will be leaving as soon as I can .
