Wonderful place. Very good atmosphere and it gets really busy in the evening, i’d get there early if i were you! Pints are on the pricier side but not necessarily outrageous for super-central London, especially nowadays. Food is delicious, made to order, and staff is super friendly. Special shout-out to Beatrice for always being so smilly and super efficient especially in busy times. Will definitely return, definitely the place to be after a looong shift in the busy area of Oxford / Regent Street x
Whilst shopping in the Mayfair area, stumbled across this fantastic pub with amazing food, excellent service and great vibe... plus, 2for1 burger Tuesdays! Highly recommend, will def come back next trip out!!!
Brilliant pub Great pints, chill vibes, cool decor and A-class staff It’s like a scrubbed up slice of Camden in the middle of booted and suited W1 territory. A real respite. I was lost on how to get in and the bartender came outside to help me!! What a legend. Drop on in.
I do like like the Phoenix. Used to visit quite regularly especially when they had comedy on. We don't visit often anymore but the atmosphere is usually great and food is good. Service is ok. Closing on Saturday is midnight and they have a club downstairs thay stays open until 3am. Guinness was terrible see pic but then many places in London aren't much better.
I'm not a very good singer , but a live band doing karaoke. What a great experience. The lead singer of the band was very helpful, he made sure I didn't lose the words . Only downside of the night , was my voice , hahahaha
Great pub to relax in after shopping, swap a busy high street with a relaxing drink and chilled atmosphere. And why not grab a very tasty burger to help you recharge. All available in this friendly pub.
Rage against the machine club night ...a fantastic groove down memory lane, held in a function room under the phoenix. Well worth a Friday night visit. The Phoenix is easy to get to and has a good range of beers on tap.
Booked the Phoenix downstairs for my 60th birthday, was also putting on a band and a DJ for around 100 guests. The venue is perfect for what I wanted it for, it’s spacious, in central London, stays open late, the downstairs area is self contained with its own bar and cloakroom/toilet. Once Lee joined and became my main contact things mostly ran very smoothly, he always tried to sort out any issues I had, and my guests enjoyed the food provided on the evening. I would highly recommend this venue for medium/large events of this nature.
Nice friendly bar staff, pretty good selection of drinks on tap Asahi, Landlord, Beavertown, Camden etc. Wonderful downstairs venue, used for comedy and club nights and the food is nice as well. Enjoy!
Booked for our works night-out and had such a fantastic time. The staff were really lovely and helpful from start to finish, so thank you! And to the lad who’s lighter I borrowed and consequently ended up accidentally stealing, I’m sincerely sorry! I hope it wasn’t a special lighter. Thanks again Phoenix team x
