We cannot recommend Phillip Mann highly enough. Had a great experience with the whole team in the Peacehaven office with our recent purchase. I bought my house 10 years ago from Phillip Mann in Peacehaven and was impressed with them then. Today, I just sold my house through them.  They have been absolutely brilliant!! The level of service we have received and the professionalism they have shown throughout the sell has brilliant. When my dad died he left 1 single piece of paper with a note saying the 3 songs he wanted at he's funeral and message the read "when you sell this place go and find Bret at Phillip Mann" that's it. so honouring he's words that's what we did. A friend of mine purchased a property via Phillip Mann last year, recommending them to me whereby, I found a property on their books of interest and pursued it accordingly. From the offset, they were professional, accommodating, extremely helpful, patient and most importantly, operated with utter integrity throughout the entire process, qualities I’ve mostly found, rarely materialise with the numerous other agents I’ve previously dealt with throughout my life. In particular, Liam and Nick gave exemplary service, above and beyond duty... In short, an excellent estate agency.
