Fox and Sons is home to two fabulous, unusual agents, both of whom are outstanding. We bought our home through this branch; Jack has a knack of matching people to properties, and Sam saw us through a very tricky process with brilliance, tenacity and a hefty dose of much needed humour. There were complicated problems with our chain, but Sam didn't give up until he had got us safely to exchange of contracts. They work long hours too, and are often there when other agents have gone home. Highly recommended!

Sam and his team have recently helped us sell our mothers house and I cannot recommend them highly enough, Sam was very patient, supportive and also brought some much needed humour to the process.  Most importantly they ensured the sale completed as quickly as possible!

Fox & Sons still owe me a refund for Conveyancing searches that were never delivered in 2021. Their central customer service department have failed to resolve this point. The branch wasted months of my time and thousands in solicitor & survey costs on two properties that weren’t suitable for market one with a ‘notice of home rights’ and another where the vendors had no intention to sell.

Highly recommend the Lewes branch. We’re buying and selling our property through them and have had a seamless experience so far. We had lots of good quality viewings which generated 2 offers on our property within 2 months. The team are great too. Holly has been exceptional at answering all our buyer/seller questions. Paul and Dan are very knowledgeable in their respective areas. You definitely don’t feel like one of many customers with these guys!

Billy was very helpful and proactive without being overbearing! for us as potential purchasers.

There are so many estate agents in Lewes and Fox & Sons wasn't particularly on my radar, until my wife and I found a house we loved, which they represented. You can't fault the enthusiasm of their young team, overseen by Paul Radloff, who really excelled at keeping a frustrating and tricky buying process together. Paul was the calm throughout the storm, and his commitment to see our offer through was amazing. He was available to listen and offer advice whenever we needed it, even out of standard hours. He just gets the process in a way that not all agents do.

There have been many setbacks with my house sale which were nothing to do with Fox & Sons. Despite the problems, throughout the process Paul Radloff in particular, but also his very friendly and efficient team, have remained positive and focused on the sale. I can thoroughly recommend Fox & Sons.

Fox and Sons of Lewes sold our house in South Chailey, they were all really kind and helpful, Holly has excellent knowledge of the whole process, very reassuring for us and the young lads who did a lot of the viewings were very impressive with their professionalism. Paul the manager is diligent and accessible. A fab team

Well the windows were clean enough to see through. If Google actually built in time to it's algorithms then it would be obvious the place was shut at the time of night I was passing by.  As for looking through the clean window, yes I did but only whilst answering my phone.  Based on a friend's current experience with this estate agent looking out of hours is all I'll be doing.
