Seaford Properties is a family-run independent estate agency covering Seaford and the surrounding area.

Our managing director, Martin Lamprecht has been an estate agent and practising solicitor for nearly 30 years. For the last 16 years he has lived and worked in Seaford as a conveyancing solicitor and has been closely involved with the residential property market in the town.

Martin is joined by his wife, Mercia and daughter Salome, who also has a background in law. Most recently she worked as a quality and performance manager for a care agency, where customer focus, high standards of service and attention to detail were paramount.

Martin’s legal background gives us a unique edge in helping you buy and sell your property, allowing us to foresee problems with both the buyer and seller, help keep chains intact and avoid aborted transactions. That insight saves money, time and stress and allows you to make your move as smoothly as possible.

Martin and Mercia what can I say! I used Seaford Properties to sell my nans bungalow a few months ago and as a result of the amazing service I received I used them again to sell my property. Martin was as professional as ever, really knowledge about my property and the surrounding area, gave me the facts so I could make an informed choice to the best price to list for, and had a number of viewings booked in each week whilst it was on the market. As soon as I had a viewing Martin would update me and tell me what he would do next. They are relentless at finding the right person to buy your property. I used Seaford Properties to sell my grandparent's house. Martin was able to find a cash buyer very quickly. My heroes ! Martin and Mercia, what can I say they’re not your usual estate agents you both went beyond the call of duty. Martin’s knowledge and his experience, eventually led to my successful sale of my house in Brighton. My family and I can’t speak highly enough  about the friendly service that Martin and Mercia of Seaford Properties gave me on the sale of my bungalow! They were so supportive and helpful and they steered me  patiently through the whole process!

I was very pleased I chose to go with Seaford Properties to sell my house. Martin and Mercia treated us like one of the family, and were always there to step in and do what was necessary to promote the sale and monitor the house.  This was especially important to me as I do not live in the UK.  The small company that cares and goes the extra distance. Decisions on the price etc. were always based on a careful explanation and discussion, and arrived at mutually.

Martin and Mercia truly care about how their clients cope with the buying and selling processes of their properties. They sold my property thee days before Christmas and on moving day I was also looking after my three year old granddaughter, who was exhausted.
