I was recommended Fox And Sons by a close family member recently as I was buying my first property, and I can say the service was exceptionally good. Our agent Kane worked closely with me and my partner to find the right property and we couldn't be happier with the result. His patience, service and efficiency was at the highest standard and I couldn't recommend him and Fox and Sons Polegate any higher. 5 stars!

Recently bought my first property and used Toby Quanstrom as my mortgage consultant. He was excellent throughout the entire process with his professionalism and efficiency. He was available throughout the entire process and went above and beyond in alleviating any worries or concerns I had as a first time buyer. Would definitely recommend.

I made a telephone enquiry. .to be advised that the property was stc..although disappointed with the news  after my conversation with Ellie I came off the phone more than positive.  This lady was able to answer my many questions in a confident  and professional manner. Having trained staff in sales management for a high street bank and mystery shopped. ..I can say well done to this  member of staff. .although only in the estate agent for a short while she ticked all the boxes

Very poor, saw a property I was interested in and called Eastbourne office and left message. No response called again, no response. Sent a message via well known website asking for a viewing a week later no contact. So have given up on property as if I have tried 3 times and no response how would the company be if I made an offer?

Estate Agents have a challenging reputation, but the Fox & Sons Polegate Team smashed any preconceptions out of the park. Kane and his team worked tirelessly to get us an asking price offer, helped complete the chain as well as helping chase solicitors through to completion! You just can’t ask for more! Fox and Sons Polegate - would recommend to friends in a heartbeat!!

Fox & Sons Polgate have made my experience of buying a first property simple and understandable. Mortgage broker Toby Quanstrom has been excellent throughout the whole process and I would highly recommend him and the rest of the team to anyone, whether buying, selling or renting.

1 star as there isn't a zero. Booked a valuation,  I was sent a text as a reminder.  The agent didn't show, no phone call,  no apology.  4 days later still no contact from the branch. Very disappointed!!! I will selling with one of the agents who actually turned up . Avoid disappointment,  avoid fox and son
