Angela and her team were tireless in their efforts to secure a sale and subsequently ensuring the whole chain remained in place.  Communication was excellent and I was always given feedback on viewings. Angela and her team are AMAZING! She secured a very quick sale for my house achieving a good amount above the asking price and helped me secure my purchase under the asking price. But where they really really shine is the personal service ironing out the ‘impossible’ scenarios.  I was going through a tricky personal time with my Mum in hospital when a neighbour started misbehaving about a nasty notifiable weed which looked as if it would completely scupper the sale – she stepped in with advice, support and telephone numbers. They offer a polite, honest efficient service, so helpful and I contact as a friend as well as a BRILLIANT Estate Agent. No hesitation to recommend.

My 91 year old Father chose this estate agent on the basis of Angela Lead Negotiator being a woman he felt we could trust. Angela was courteous and helpful from the start and in difficult times with the sale worked hard to get a positive conclusion. Though we were a little disappointed with the price it sold for we appreciate this was not through lack of effort of Angela and her team . Dad was right !

Terribly disappointed that the office is not open on Sundays. No wonder properties seem to stay on the market for some time.
