We first met Catherine when she showed us around our home-to-be.  From the outset she put us at our ease and allowed us as much time as we needed to look around an ask questions.  Buying a house at any stage in life is a huge commitment, so we valued not feeling pressured into making quick decisions.

Buying our house with Petty Son & Prestwich was very smooth and the whole process was handled expertly.  The team were professional, responsive and friendly.  The purchase was straightforward leaving all parties very happy. 

We found the whole experience a delight in the hands of Petty Son and would highly recommend their service to anyone.

I recently bought my first home through Petty Son and Prestwich and couldn't have had a better experience.
 
Getting on the property ladder for the first time seemed very daunting but the team in Buckhurst Hill made the whole process as enjoyable and exciting as I've always imagined buying your first home should be.
 
Viewing properties with other estate agents quite often left me feeling disappointed as they didn't seem to care at all; like they wanted to be anywhere else but showing me around. When I met Catherine for the first time she was so warm and friendly and I immediately fell in love with the flat that I ended up purchasing. I know there is a movement towards using online estate agents but, from a buyer’s perspective, having a personable point of contact who lives locally makes all the difference.
 
Everyone I have spoken to at Petty Son were friendly and seem to genuinely care, not only about their seller, but their buyer too. When they called to tell me that everything had gone through and that the keys were ready to be picked up they were so happy for me. Their customer service is fautless and they really take the time to add the tiny, personal touches that make you feel valued.

I think after this experience, I wouldn’t choose any one else to sell a property for me and would recommend them to everyone I know.

We bought our first home and Petty Son & Prestwich were the agents on the property. All the staff very very helpful and attentive and made the journey to owning our first home a very pleasant one. Highly recommend.

All of the staff at Petty Son were attentive, friendly and a pleasure to work with from the start. Petty Son went above and beyond to help our family find and secure our perfect family home. I could not recommend them highly enough, no sales patter - just great people.

After failing to sell with another estate agent, we transferred to Petty. Catherine, Sasha, Elaine and Jenny understood our needs, and were friendly, helpful, and professional. We have come to look upon them as friends, as nothing was ever too much trouble. The sale went through smoothly, and we would definitely recommend Petty to other people.
