We had an excellent experience, as buyers, with Petty Son and Prestwich. They were informative and very quick to respond to any questions we had, which, as first time buyers, was important for us. Each member of the team was very helpful and honest regarding our situation as the move progressed. When we come to move on, I expect we'll come back to them to do our sale. Highly recommended and many thanks for all your help.

Our house sale was far more protracted than we anticipated with many a twist and turn.  Throughout it all Petty Son and Prestwich were superb and we could not have asked more of them. All were polite and helpful but we must single out Elaine who played a major part in getting us to exchange and completion!  We really appreciated her expertise, support and her endurance!

By far the most competent and reliable estate agent we've dealt with, Petty Son helped us find our perfect house in Wanstead. The staff strike just the right balance of personable and professional and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone buying/selling in the area. Special thanks to Elaine & Fay.

Pettyson and Prestwich were professional and approachable from the word go. Always available and honest. Elaine who guided us through our first ever purchase is worth a special mention. We would highly recommend!

Buying a house is always a stressful time and having a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable estate agent like Petty Son's really does make it a bit easier. All of the team were always at hand and were very flexible with viewing the property repeatedly! They definitely had the best selection of properties in the area and would recommend anyone selling in Wanstead to go with Petty Son's
