I’ve worked with a number of different letting agents over the years and i must say that Lee is by far and above the best I’ve worked with; professional, conscientious, responsive, hardworking and honest. I live overseas and Lee manages a property for me in Chingford. Recently, a new tenant moved in but wanted to change some of the furnishings, Lee organised everything for me and the new tenant is now happy in their new home. I’d 100% recommend the services of Lee and his team at Barrington lettings.

I've been one of their tenants for 5 years and been very happy with the service that Barringtons have provided. I didn't have to deal with a lousy agent and the contract was hassle free leaving me to enjoy my home in peace  I haven't had many problems but when I did Lee has always made himself available, even during the busy holiday period. In fact I'll be keeping Lee on speed dial for the future! Thoroughly recommend 10/10

Barrington Lettings is efficient. They go a long way to deliver on time. Communication is top notch also because they explain every step of the way. It was really nice working with Maddie. I would recommend  Barrington Lettings to my friends.

I've got nothing but absolute praise for Barrington Lettings. In my lifetime Ive dealt with my fair share of useless estate agents, but Barrington Lettings are at the top of professionalism. From the beginning, my communication with Maddie was second to none. She was professional, prompt and very friendly. Lee was also super helpful with providing insight into an issue I was having with the estate agent I was renting from, which enabled me to find a resolution to my issue in a timely manner. What more can you ask for from an estate agents?! The referencing process was smooth and stress free, and I'm now living in a beautiful property. After my inventory check in, I was presented with a welcome gift box - a lovely touch and a gesture I wasn't expecting. I'm the happiest I've ever been in a property, and I know I will be settled here for a long time. Thank you again, Maddie! X

The best letting agency out there. Lee and his team Maddie and Mac are spot on. We had more than four years experience with them and we are really gratefull for their services. If we could we would only let from them. We wish them all the best in the future.

Very kind and professional. Lee was always a great help and treated every aspect of our letting with them professionally and timeously. It was a joy renting a property with Barrington Lettings. If I didn't have to move to be closer to work I most definitely would still be with Lee. I highly recommend them.
