I cannot recommend Abode highly enough!
Abode have just sold my late mother's house. Due to family disagreements this was a tremendously difficult and long winded matter, but throughout it all Richard Henderson at Abode kept me fully informed, advising me of each step of the process, answering all my questions and, even when things were at their most problematic, believing that we would get a successful sale.He worked tirelessly for over a year to achieve this goal and without him I am sure we would not have succeeded.For that I am forever grateful.
So, if you want a company who know the market, and who will always do their best to get the result that you want, then Abode is the one for you.

We instructed Abode to sell a house in Woodford Green. All the staff were extremely professional and courteous. They kept us updated throughout the entire process and we felt that they really cared about the sale. We would recommend them without hesitation.

Abode Woodford Green was brilliant and we recommend them without reservation. They know and understand the local property market and are thoughtful and resourceful in order to achieve a set goal. We found them to be trustworthy, reliable and efficient. The team went out of its way to ensure that the sale of our property progressed quickly at every stage. Always at the end of the phone for their clients, they kept us very well informed.

If you want to get the best price for your house I think Abode did a very good job. Quick and efficient too.
Unfortunately, our chain was pretty long (7 people) and subsequently very stressful. But Jack did an excellent job holding it all together and we have completed just 12 days after our original target
If I can give any advice on the moving process it would be to use Abode but do not plan anything until you are ready to exchange.... and then add at least 2 weeks for completion to avoid heart attack, turning to drink, or whatever your solice may be!

Having tried several estate agents, we were recommended to try Abode. 
Lee and his team did not let us down. They were very professional, I would like to thank Lee, Jack and Richard, who always answered our questions or got back to us with the answers.

More importantly they sold our house and helped us until the day we moved. Thank you and keep up the good work, not many of you around in the Estate agents world. Highly recommend Lee and his team at Abode Woodford.
