If you're on the property hunt in the Loughton area then I would strongly recommend getting in touch with Douglas Allen and in particular Stephanie from the Loughton branch. We're still looking at the moment but find the level of care and attention we get, second to non. Everything is followed up really quickly and the communication is great. Steph and the team are great at sending recommendations, being open and honest, being friendly and making what is quite a stressful situation -very easy!
A great customer experience from start to finish - the team at Loughton Douglas Allen especially Stephanie and Luke, are extremely helpful and easy to get hold of at all times. I really appreciate all their help and would definitely point people buying or selling property in their direction.
Loughton Douglas Allen office offers a great service! After showing interest in one of their properties I needed some financial advice. Sean offered me a no obligation appoappointment with their mortgage adviser Robin Mungrah. Robin was really patient and gaved me all the info I needed to be able to make a wise decision. Could not be more greatfull for his time and help. I recommend their services to anyone who is looking to purchase a property and needs some proper guidance , real time updates,reasurance and advice.
Steph - this charming young lady has truely exceeded our expectations! When Steph took over our listing due to issues with a previous agent she was met with me wanting to remove my house from sale, she asked us to give her just 2 weeks, so that was what we did. From that day she has continuously secured viewings each weekend where as we previously had very few the entire month before. She has been in touch and guided us through each and every step of the way which for myself has helped tremendously. Selling a house is such a stressful time and whilst battling severe anxiety it is made even worse, Steph has honestly made this entire process so much easier for me and my family. Even tho we have just accepted an offer she is still on hand to talk us through the ongoing process even on her days off, she seems to genuinely care for her customers whilst doing her job to an amazing and professional standard. I’ve already passed her details to a friend who’s currently struggling to sell her property with another agent. Thank you so much Steph! I never expected this to all happen so fast and nor did the auction house involved, you proved us all wrong!!
