Picked up our puppy today nearby. Breeders had chosen to use the puppy feed from Pets Pad and recommended it. Popped to Pets Pad on the way. Staff friendly and knowledgeable, popped us on their system and let us know about their loyalty scheme which we didn’t know about and helped us with our purchase. After spending time shopping yesterday in Chesterfield at larger pet shops we were very impressed with their range of puppy/dog products. The store is an hour away from us but because of the service, products and price, we’d be happy coming back again. Thanks guys Jo Chadwick 👍🏻

All the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable regarding all things pets. I would recommend them to anyone. Keep up the good work

As a first time buyer I bought a bearded dragon off them and their full recommended kit to keep him- £350 altogether. I was told if I had any problems to go straight back. After owning it for less than a week it was obvious that the kit would not keep the dragon warm enough. I went back and tried to swap for a bigger tank so I could put the lamp inside to keep him warm. After a long argument with Amanda when I tried to explain my problem ( I have to keep the entire tank next to a radiator and the heating on to keep the house at 24C to keep him warm) I was told I could keep my bearded dragon OUTSIDE IN FEBRUARY WHEN IT IS 2 DEGREES OUTSIDE!!! Do not use, buy online so you are protected!!!

Place has gone down hill. Stay away. Not nice owners and cheaper prices at most other places like home bargains etc.
