I'm not upset I'm just disappointed. Ordered some furniture in April 2017 with a delivery date of August. September rolled around with still no sign. Another delivery date was promised and again failed to meet the date. When questioning the store, I was made to feel as this was my fault as they never guarantee anything. This has stressed out my wife who is a first time mother, who just wanted all to be perfect for when our kid arrived. The customer service staff were a lot better than the salesman (Tony). If you actually want furniture go anywhere else.

Mother 75 years young, registered blind purchased three piece in leather.Was told verbally that it was a top end product.Even so they still encouraged her to purchase the 5year aftercare.After waiting for@3months for delivery it arrives all well and good,@6-7 months down the line colour stated fading on arms of chairs,rang customer service to be told that this can happen over time and they would restain the problems, My mother paid nearly£5000 for this ,the company then sent someone else to assess chairs said not a manufacturers fault ....THE DIE IN THE LEATHER HAS FADED IN 6-7MONTHS !!!! This item is not fit for purpose under the consumer act.I will be taking this further !!! My advice about furniture barn or any other Lee longland owned stores especially if your are a o.a.p. or disabled STAY AWAY PLEASE!!!

Avoid at all cost. Two colleagues in 2017 September have been nothing but fobbed off and one failed to deliver goods over 5 months
