We have just received delivery of two chairs from The Interior Outlet and they are beautiful. The staff at the shop were very helpful and we were very surprised at the choice of items they had on display that could also be ordered in colours of choice to meet requirements. The two young men who delivered the chairs on behalf of the store were also excellent. Unpacked the chairs and took all the packaging away to save us having to dispose of it. Would deal with this store again.

Great experience on Saturday. We visited the shop but arrived before opening time. The staff were only too willing to let us in to look round. Once in the shop both staff were really helpful. Not remotely pushy, just really helpful and down to earth. Thanks very much for your support ladies. Not sure we would’ve had this from the bigger retailers.
A fantastic choice of furniture and very friendly, helpful staff. We had lots of time to wander round without being pressured but the staff were ready to answer any questions and give advice when asked. The delivery was efficient and the whole experience was a pleasure from start to finish. Highly recommended.
Would highly recommend here for anything house and furniture. We’ve had our 3 seater, 2 seater sofa and snuggler chair and a Chesterfield bed set and everything has always been perfect.
Purchased a 3 piece suite in October and the customer service by Annie was excellent. Unfortunately we saw and purchased a dining room suite and coffee table from a different retailer and then we realised the colour scheme would not match the settee. So today we returned to the Interior Outlet to see if we could change the colour of our original order. We spoke to Adel who went beyond all the realms of customer service making 3 phone calls to ensure our order could be amended.We was pleased after all her hard work she confirmed she had managed to change the order to the new colour. Many thanks to Adel for your great service today.

Loved the personal touch from the staff and the quality of furniture the shop offers. Staff and delivery men were polite, and gave an excellent service. Love our new settees. Would highly recommend.
What a little gem!!! I literally had a few day to find a sofa to meet my transport deadline and after speaking to Annie at The Interior Outlet I had a number of amazing sofa pictures in my inbox After closing hours I may add! that would be ready immediately for delivery. I went to the beautiful show room in Hemsworth and was so pleased with my selection available not only a beautiful sofa but a chair too and all delivered within 2 days! What more could you ask for? Furniture delivered within a timely manor from the local delivery team at Middletons who were great. I will defiantly be returning here!
Excellent selection of quality interiors . Sofas tables etc. Only live a few miles away and first tried places all over Yorkshire. As a last attempt to buy a sofa we thought we would give it a go. Found a few we loved at a superb price. Friendly staff and nothings too much trouble. 10/10.
