I bought a car from these guys and well........i wont be doing that again anytime soon, car started juddering about a week after i got it home, rang the "dealer" and was met with the response "we only sell cars we don't fix them" after some chatting i was able to take it back and was told they would service the gearbox, OK i thought......a whole week went by and i got my car back, 2 days later it was happening again! took it this time to an independent garage who dropped the gearbox and was disgusted that it was in such a bad state and told me that it hadn't been touched or serviced in years!!!(so i'm gonna guess it just sat in the back of their car park somewhere) he also told me he found disconnected censors which were dangerous, would love my money back as at the time of writing i'm 2 months into having this car but i can guarantee if i rang up about it i'd get nowhere! make what you will of this but this is my honest review and opinion of this company.

I needed a car quickly and they had a good choice at reasonable prices. There was no pressure to buy and once I made my decision they soon arranged everything so I could drive it away. When I need another car I will be back. Excellent service.

My dad bought a car from these people and he said he would definetly recommend this garage. He would definetly buy again from them. Great service and very polite. Nothing was too much trouble.

Most of the staff are friendly and helpful however one has the worst attitude I have ever encountered from any retailer.

Very friendly and outgoing, great after sales and support. All staff are brilliant and always happy to help, can't thank them enough. 10/10 from Mr Insignia!
