Best pet store to go to. All the staff are friendly and full of information. They offer not only the general information but information from experience with their own pets. Their prices are very reasonable and their products are top quality. I have never bought anything i haven't been happy with. They are always willing to exchange items or give money back if an item is not suitable. My puppy is always given a warm welcome and even if you just walk by they say hi. Very friendly staff and always smiling. What more could you ask for. I return time and time again and would recommend others to do the same.

This Pet store is an excellent place to shop for all your pets needs. A very warm friendly welcoming as soon as you walk into the shop. The shop is immaculately clean and has a very wide variety of products and if you can't find the item you are looking for the staff are very obliging and will help you find the product or will order it in for you. My wife and I was in search for a lead for a one handed person who can not use their other hand due to a disability to try and connect a lead to a dogs collar or to his harness because he is quite a little fidgeter. When we inquired about a lead or something a one handed person could use as we have tried every where else! the staff showed us a attachment which attaches to the catch on the lead and a magnet attached to a hook which then attaches to its collar or harness and when the single barrel is put up to the attachment on the collar the magnet clips inside the barrel and is locked in place until you release the one handed clipper by pressing both sides to release the magnetic plug. This has made it a lot easier for my wife now to take our cavalier king Charles named Benji, out for his walks with out getting herself all in a tizz and being frustrated. This was a big help and we would like to thank the sales staff for their excellent knowledge and service to Kerry and the Staff at Pets corner. PS I would recommend this pet shop to all you pet lovers out there! They certainly will have our custom from now on. Neil, Becca and Benji

We have been using pets corner for the last couple of years since we had our first pup, the staff have always been very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and have always taken the time to fuss our pups.. They obviously love there jobs! We attend the Saturday morning a free 'Puppy Hour' a chance for puppies to socialise with other pups and learn some valuable life rules. We have been taking our latest pup there for the last five weeks, how fantastic is it to have this resource locally! Its not just a free for all either, with the frighted pups getting more frightened and the 'bully' pups learning how to be better bullies. It is a controlled session watched over by the staff and the pups owners. It is great to see over time the timid venturing out and enjoying themselves and the more 'robust' dogs learning to play nicely. Such valuable lessons to learn. None of this is possible with out the helpful staff who have gone out of there way to set the session up and run it.

I normally have no need to visit pet shops but, having volunteered to cat-sit one weekend recently, found I needed to buy a couple of items. The service at Pets Corner was excellent: a member of staff not only showed me to the items of interest, but was then happy to discuss the pros and cons of the various options, offer personal insights, etc, all in a credible way. I entered the store with little knowledge of what I might need, but soon felt able to make informed choices about what to buy.
