The money back guarantee on dog food is great, if your dog doesn’t like the food you have bought for him, just take it back and exchange it for another variety until you find a variety he likes. Always terrific service in this store. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I try their new brands of dog food if recommended by them and am pleased to say the latest one, McAdams wet food for dogs is top class.

We buy McAdams free range chicken dog food , which we use as a treat , the dogs love it and when it is bedtime they know where its kept and sit and wait patiently , we called into the shop this morning to buy some more , we had conversation with James who was very helpful in explaining things to us , everyone was pleasant and helpful .

I buy Mcadams from this store which suits our dog well albeit very expensive so we occasionally mix it with Acana also bought from this shop. I find the staff knowledgeable and very helpful.
