The worst Pet at Home I've ever been. The staffs just ignored you when you needing help and keep chatting each other and all look moody and grumpy. Vet 4 Pet operator even worse, just hang up when you trying to explain about the problem of your pet. Just go to Pet at Home some else where in the area, Wokingham, Winnersh or Reading which are much more welcoming and the staffs are friendlier.

Great selection of products. Animals kept in very roomy enclosures and in excellent condition.

Really bad groomer my dog won't be going there again. Lovely shop though and staff brilliant they can't be more helpful.

Every time we go in there are always dead fish being eaten by shrimp / other fish. Not very nice for children to see.
