Shop has been closed since last week.. no signs or posters to say it's closed for any reason... having to go further afield to get live foods. I'm disappointed, and have been a regular customer for some time.  When shop is open has a good selection of stock and brilliant place to take kids to look at different reptiles.

Needed advise on my horsefield tortoise and habitat. Amazing knowledge,  honest service and felt like I was treated with respect and no force sale, got what I needed and the cheaper option was offered. Really helpful and will definitely go back again even though I live in North London, Thank-you

A visit to the Reptile shed was very educational staff were extremely helpful and we learnt an awful lot in the short time we were there I would recommend visiting the Reptile shed before embarking on keeping reptiles as their advice is extremely valuable and well worth listening to.

Came down today has really nice staff and the reptiles all looked healthy and the tanks are all clean was a really nice experience

Longway to go to the shop looking to buy but i got put off from buying at reptiles because all the reptiles cages was dirty was not a good visit

drove all the way to find it closed. Friday is meant to be 10am till 6pm. Gutted
