Really helpful staff. I feel a bit bad not buying the filter as they where so helpful, but they where half the price online. Bought some plants, they are good condition and the staff were brilliant advising me. Some of the tanks looked like they could do with a bit of a clean. Great selection of fish and accessories etc.
Just wanted to leave feed back about really great service from one of your staff members who really seemed to know what they were on about when it came to aquatic life and how to care for them. I also wanted to comment on how nice the mocha was from the garden centre cafe.
Best experience at a aquatic store I've had for a long time. Staff there really helpful.
Good selection of cold, tropical, pond and marine fish. Nice selection of tanks and some accessories for sale. Staff seem very knowledgeable and happy to help.
Visited on 2nd October and they had Christmas stuff everywhere with even the Christmas songs on. Ridiculous, I feel sorry for the staff. Very expensive, but I'd go again just to feed the fish £1 for a little tub and see the other aquatic life they have for sale, including a massive pufferfish.

Very nice if u want a start up kit, 200 billiz - tank, food, pumps, filters, oh and the fish ! etc etc but try and buy a tiddler for your gang at home.... nah. Might get too big for your tank and destroy your other fish.
The garden centre looks nice but I went to have a look at the coral I was highly disappointed there we more hair alge then coral and the ones there look in really poor health
Loved all the christmas stuff in the garden centre and a good supply of goods in the aquatic centre
Excellent advise on the fish I should buy for my tank. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Fish prices were a little more than I expected but they all seem to be doing well in my tank. I will be using them again in the future.
