Had nothing but problems been fobbed off every time we have been to the vets and disrespected they failed to fill the vaccinations card refused to allow us to complain had to take our puppy to a different vets to be treated properly and when raising concern over our puppy got spoke to rudely and ignored we have had to seek legal advise due to this. The staff in the store are amazing but the vets receptions and vets are a disgrace to the store.

Used the groom room to get my dogs nails clipped and was fairly cheap, some items from the store can be very flimsy however as the shedder brush we bought for £12 broke after the second use. Would only use it for the Groom Room in honesty.
