I took my dog there once his back legs given up the woman who seen us was vile she seen my dog was in a lot of pain and she was more interested in talking about costs which that was no object to us as we wanted our dog comfortable and took over 45 mins to give him some pain relief. She should not be a Vet is you dont care about animals if it was a human you would be sacked. The only plus point is the 2 young girls who gave him the injection and also put him on a stretcher to the car they were brilliant.

I whent to pets at Home walkden For a coat for my dog I've just acquired the coat I purtchesed was a 3in 1 3peaks I nust like to say what a Load of rubbish the Velcro is not satisfactory for £35 the asistant didn't have a clue to witch coat I should get . Well done I will have to purtchess another the 3peaks one is 6" short

I had a problem with my fish tank that I had bought in store, explained this to the manager who offered me to return my old one at a later day and still take a tank with me or she offered me an upgrade to a more expensive tank and even put trust in to me to return my old tank the day after. Walkden PetsAtHome - Great customer service from the Weekend manager. When places provide such excellent customer service its not always heard of but when its negative its always spoken about, but huge thanks to the team at Walkden

Richard who works there is the nicest guy I’ve met for a long time no problem to big or small fish had white spot he treated it fish were fighting he swapped them the best person who works there by far
