Our fish tank broke and unfortunately killed our Tetras but our cat fish survived, we were at a loose end so had to find somewhere to take our fish to save them, pets at home turned us away but the guys at timperley aquatics had no problem in saving our fish. Really friendly people. We had a look round the shop and they have a lot on offer and good prices. If ever we consider buying a pet, this will be the place.

Bought two young tortoises for Christmas for my daughters. Everybody in the store was extremely helpful and seemed to genuinely care for the animals they were selling. Lots of excellent advice given to me and my children. They even let them hold the tortoises first to check they were ok with them. Phoned on Boxing Day for some advice and were very helpful once again. Many thanks to all the team. First class service.

Excellant service today from Katie at this shop. We were there for a hamster for my daughter. 
Katie had a vast amount of knowledge of hamsters and it was a pleasure for us to meet her. All the staff were great and the shop itself you could spend hours in there looking around. 
Shop local and avoid big chain stores!
