1st Time at the Rayleigh branch for our Scottish terrier hair cut at the Doggy parlour. Michelle done a fantastic job. Would thoroughly recommend Michelle too anyone looking for a 1st class cut for there Dog. Very polite as all the staff was. Very efficient and knowledge was 2nd to none. Was so pleased we have booked our Dog in again in 3 months time. Thanks very much again. Mr &Mrs Dennis.
Only popped in on the off chance to see if we could get the dogs nails clipped whilst we wait. The girls in there were very helpful and were able to fit us in at short notice just a 10 min wait. The staff were very attentive to all the dogs, didn't see one unhappy pet
My dog has been diagnosed with pancreatitas and the member of staff that served me was very knowledgeable and friendly it worked out that what I needed was your own brand but it wasn't forced on me she went through all the dog biscuits of all other brands
All for charity. But when you are asked quite aggressively when you walk in and politely say no that should be enough. To then be asked when you pay at the counter in front of other customers by the cashier, then again on the way out is too much and makes customers feel super uncomfortable. Sorry but the guilt trip doesn’t work. Won’t be back.
The groom room is fantastic. Made my Cavalier even more beautiful than she already was. Staff appear to be well trained and know what they are doing. They clearly love their doggy clients and are friendly to the human customers too.
Always stocked with everything we need for our dog and rabbits. Great staff and a really good grooming parlour.
The groom room has gone down hill drastically, For the last 3 yrs we have had our Akita washed, brushed & deshed regularly this would normally take between one & a half hour to two hours, They called and cancelled his appointment & said all there staff had walked out, So we rebooked and when taking him in was told to collect him in 50 minutes, When I queried the short time I was told that they where from another salon and the old staff wasted time. I will not be returning as there is no way an Akita can be washed, brushed & deshed in this short time especially as there was other dogs in there being washed as well
As usual the staff are both friendly and helpful. Despite its small size the shop has a wide range of pet food and equipment. They have a pet grooming parlour at the back. Very helpful. Ben is very shy of strangers they try to ease his nerves. Very caring staff.
We were help by the lovely Louise who measured our little Daisy for a new collar and harness. She also sorted out a tag with our details on, and advised us on what food we should be feeding Daisy now she is a year old. Thank you Louise!
