Customer service is terrible bought a kitchen once they got your money they don't care. Feel massively let down. Wont be shopping there again.

I visited about 4 weeks ago to buy lights. Was told in no uncertain terms that the light i had chosen was discontinued. I asked whether there might have been one on stock that had not been sold and again I was made to feel that I was stupid. Then I was told to come back in a couple of weeks and it would all be redone. I went back today and again told that another light I liked was discontinued, that was after I waited 20 minutes to find someone to serve me and no refurbishment had been done. I understand that you are being taken over so why not just close lighting down until they are properly stocked . I have always in the past bought from yourselves but after this experience i will think twice . A very disgruntled customer

Better than b&q as always prices could be less however now an exciting place to shop with more than everything

We were very dissopointed with the whole visit so much so that we walked out of the store without buying what we went in for.There was no staff and then someone said they would help us they walked away. We left without our £120.00 purchase.makes you wonder why homebase is in trouble
