I use the Argos app to search for the item I require. I then order and pay for it at the same time and wait for the email and txt to tell me when the item is ready for collection in store. On arrival at the store I show my phone with the confirmation email and go for collection at the screened counter. Staff are polite and most items are certainly competitively priced with other online stores. It is possible to arrange delivery, normally at a cost of £3.95. This will need to be reviewed if they want to compete with Prime. Receipts are emailed to the buyer, saving on paper. Large car park to the front of the store. I would recommend

What can I say, a great friendly service Bought a four in one games table for my sons birthday, halfway through building it we realised parts were missing. Went back, explained the situation, James got another one, allowed us to take the missing parts and we got the table built just in time for him coming home from school. A really helpful guy and outstanding customer service. Thanks again .

Not been very successful on my recent trips to argos lately, stock has been poor, staff member in jewelry department was frustrating and had difficulty understanding my point of view Also an item I recently tried to purchase from store was out of stock and could not give any clue to when stock would arrive. I brought a Laptop From Argos. after 22 days it decided it had enough and packed up. I returned it to the store for repair. The staff were quite good and took it and booked it in.. i was told it would take about 20 days for the round trip to Germany and back. It is now getting towards 30 days still no sign of it. So my advice is do not buy anything like it from Argos... Disgusting .. i had to give it one star to post it...
Great customer service and pleasant staff for a first time customer visiting the Rayleigh branch! I had an issue with a product that I purchased and Hayley went the extra mile by finding a resolution to the problem. At present, I would highly recommend this branch to everyone.
Very poor, when trying to contact by phone they simply do not answer. An easy way to lose a customer. Three years later....Thought I'd give them another go, continual poor customer service, think I'll stick to a certain online retailer in the future.
Disgraceful experience upon purchasing a sofa for our kids room....4 weeks after we received half a sofa, we now have a different half of a sofa in our garage. Not able to contact anyone at Argos to help! Abysmal.
