Today my sons enjoyed holding the animals including Guinea pigs, Russian hamsters, syrian hamster, rats, beaded dragon and a snake. Booked online Thankyou to the lovely lady who was very calm and gave lots of information about each animal.

I went to Pets at home the other day & Kieran and Sam were amazing! Such lovely people and extremely helpful. I took my cat as I needed to try on the harness & they were super happy to help & were really good with my cat. Thanks so much Kieran & Sam.

The veterinary service there is genuine and honest.. they say it as it is without prescribing unnecessary drugs..

Went into store today to purchase some bits and as my child loves reptiles we thought we'd go over to have a look. Edd was feeding them at the time and allowed my child to ask 101 questions, responding politely and informatively to each one. He really made our day so much more fun and we learnt so much! Not happ with the dog grooming  what looks like if I had did it my self they missed bits did not do professional job NOT GOING BACK

Last sunday i visited this shop to buy pet food for my dog...They none on the shelf and none in stock...I asked the assistant and she said i dont think we stock that food in this store....I said well thats odd because i always buy it from here regularly...oh she said ...well i will see if i can order some in for you...it could take up to 3 days...I said dont bother...Clearly soneone in charge of stock control isnt up to the task..

I came in this afternoon to buy puppy food and was served by Alice.  I had been experiencing issues with my VIP membership at home; Alice was superbly helpful, patient and polite, managing to sort out the issues and enable access to the account and its vouchers.  I would like to thank Alice for her excellent service.

We have our cockapoo, Frank groomed here by Dan. He’s the only person we’ve found that can do a good trim on our very hyper/badly behaved boy  Thanks Dan
