Sold a snake that had repository infection, and mouth rot was clearly uncomfortable, was not told about the health of the snake and was given money back after a day but will not be going there again ! 😡

Shouldn't own a pet shop, has no Idea what he's talking about, complete idiot on reptiles, knows absolutely nothing about them.how people even go in there is beyond me.

this man doesnt know what he is talking about, told me to let the fish into the tank after 1 hour of filling with water, obviously they died in 2 days as to high nitrates levels, this need to be settling down for at least 10 days!.

Recently purchased 3 fish from here and two died within a couple of weeks. My levels are perfect in my tank and have already had other fish for many years. The place seems generally dirty and most of the animal are not very well looked after. On the last occasion I went in there was a dead fish floating in the tank. When I approached the shopkeeper about it he didn't seem to care and wasn't in any hurry to take it out. My advice to go somewhere more well known. STAY CLEAR.

Sold my other half what was described as an iguana. (I have given him an ear bashing for impulse buying) As it turns out, it's a uromastyx and therefore the guy in the shop completely mis-advised on feeding and care! Thankfully, google and a local aquatic centre saved the day. No idea if it was bred here or wild caught so have to treat for mites too. What a shocking state of affairs. Expect a report to trading standards and animal welfare groups locally!
