Poor selection of aquatic species, limited fish and invertebrates, and the staffs knowledge on them is not at all extensive.

Have stopped buy fish from here. Tanks with dead, dieing and half eaten fish. Head office need to sort this one out please

Went in for a couple of goldfish, Aden helped us and spent some time explaining everything we needed to know, very helpful indeed! Thanks

An excellent experience with assistant Emma who helped us to choose two Guinea pigs and a home plus accessories.  She gave us her full attention and had plenty of advice and tips without being patronising.
A credit to the organisation.
The goods are of a high quality and far cheaper than we have seen elsewhere.

I have been dealing here now for three years and I am extremely happy with the staff and service. They are kind, thoughtful and courteous.  They are quite knowledgable on the products they carry!
