I booked a free Aircon diagnostic service at the store. From start to finish, I had a fantastic experience. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Kept me updated and explained the process in full. I was informed of the price prior to the work and was asked if I wish to continue. The process of booking online was also easy and straightforward.nThank you very much for making the whole experience simple.
Top people working at Halfords Bangor, and a special mention to Harry for going above and beyond to rectify a mistake! I’d ordered 2 bikes for my twins for their birthday this coming Saturday and for some reason or other my daughters frozen bike hadn’t come in to stock, so between Harry and I we came up with a plan that I was going to drive to Telford to pick one up as I needed it for Saturday and I had ordered it 8 days before, just as I’d left to go to Telford, Harry rung me back to let me know he’d found the exact bike I was looking for boxed, in another store 20 minutes away, which was amazing as it saved me a 5 hour round trip journey!! The lads in Halfords Bangor then assembled both the bikes I purchased and threw in a New Frozen Helmet as good will due to the mixup, however I’m extremely happy that it was all sorted and we was taken care of! Saved a birthday girl from being sad because she was able to get the bike she’d been promised for months on her birthday! Thanks again lads & big thanks to Harry
I went in for a bulb change today and service was really quick and friendly. Thomas helped me out and gave me some good tips for looking after my car. I’d definitely recommend getting the premium membership, the fitting was free and saved me £11.
I visited Halfords autocentre in Bangor. The team there showed exceptional courtesy in dealing with my queries.nThey fixed everything on my care with great efficiency. In particular, Alex and Tom showed great diligence in sorting out tricky problems. I thoroughly recommend this autocentre and will use again.
I’ve brought my son’s bikes to Halfords for repair twice in a week but separate bikes . The staff are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. They told me what was needing repaired and how much it would cost and I even got a call about it to confirm. Antony, Sam are a couple of names I remember but all the staff in the bike section are fantastic. I was fearing the worst on one repair so the cost surprised me. With an adventurous teenager with his bikes I know I’ll be using them again . They even helped carry the bike to the car 5* service
