The shop is very attractive with a beautiful sparkly floor and all the staff seem polite and helpful. Sadly, however, the service, in my experience, is exceedingly slow, so much so that I've never actually had any work completed there. The first time I went in it was to have a new watch strap fitted. After hearing nothing for a week I rang up to find they'd not even ordered it yet so I went to h. Samuel and had it done on the spot. Today I left my watch for links to be taken out. I collected it after about 40 mins, as arranged, only to find it hadn't been done.

Not the best customer service when you enter the store and get reception. Wanted to buy a watch for present and had to leave the store and to point at the correct watch through the window whilst it was raining. If I was to spend £300 in a shop I'd definitely choose one with tiny amount of customer service

Recently visited the store in Bury for advice and the purchase of a new Tag Heuer watch.The staff were very helpful. and could not do enough to make the visit pleasant.Would certainly use this store for further purchase s .
