Peter Jackson is not to be trusted. We paid for our watch to have a battery replaced through Peter Jackson store in Bury but our watch went missing. A new replacement watch was sent by Omega to Peter Jackson as a replacement for the lost watch but instead of leaving it in the original box he removed the watch from the wooden box and supplied it to us in the very old and poor quality box in the 1st four pictures. He stated that the watch was supplied by Omega with no box!!! After speaking directly with Omega they confirmed that the replacement watch was sent in the correct wooden box and that Peter Jackson had swapped boxes. Omega then sent us a replacement box as seen in picture 5. DO NOT deal with this man, he is not to be trusted and has very poor / no customer service skills.
Kathryn and jack helped with a retirement gift for our service manager. The service was excellent. So helpful and the Thomas Szabo necklace is beautiful. They gift wrapped it for us and all in all it was a wonderful shopping experience. I can't recommend the store enough. Thank you to the staff from Keeley and the NHS military veterans service
I was served by Marta who was extremely helpful, professional and had such a welcoming and warm personality. The ring I chose in store was too big. She sized my finger and she contacted other stores to locate a ring that fit. I paid a deposit and she said she would ring to let me know when my ring was ready to collect. I went today to collect it. I am so happy with my new ring and the service I received. I will not hesitate to recommend this store and Marta to friends and family.
The shop is very attractive with a beautiful sparkly floor and all the staff seem polite and helpful. Sadly, however, the service, in my experience, is exceedingly slow, so much so that I've never actually had any work completed there. The first time I went in it was to have a new watch strap fitted. After hearing nothing for a week I rang up to find they'd not even ordered it yet so I went to h. Samuel and had it done on the spot. Today I left my watch for links to be taken out. I collected it after about 40 mins, as arranged, only to find it hadn't been done.
Service provided by Danny first class yet again. Dealt with them twice now and service is second to none. I would thoroughly recommend this company as they are a pleasure to deal with and with many other jewellers around, service is the key to success and loyalty.
Cannot praise this shop enough the customer service is excellent. Bought our wedding rings here two weeks ago.The lady who served us was friendly and helpful,she made the whole experience a great pleasure. Would not hesitate to shop here again.
Not the best customer service when you enter the store and get reception. Wanted to buy a watch for present and had to leave the store and to point at the correct watch through the window whilst it was raining. If I was to spend £300 in a shop I'd definitely choose one with tiny amount of customer service

Recently purchased a limited edition Aston Martin Tag Heuer from this store - went out of their way to get it delivered in time despite limited stock, excellent customer service, will be going back there for future servicing etc! Highly recommend!
After months of waiting for a watch to have it's battery fixed by Tag Heuer, I phoned to find out what happened to my watch. Then miraculously turned up the following week. I then discovered that paint was chipped. Told staff who clearly thought I was trying to scam them. Then remembered wife took photo when she took it in. The person who I assume was the manager then clearly thought that the photo was fake too until staff member recalled wife taking the photo. Returned the watch, which still had paint missing, so went back again. Disgusted that nothing was done to protect the consumer. If my wife had not taken the picture I would be stuck with a watch that looked rubbish. I can recommended them at all.
