Although I did not go in the shop on this occasion just walked past . I have purchased items on more than one occasion and been more than pleased by the knowledge of the staff and quality of the items I have purchased.

Missing diamond after 9 months of wear. They have told me im going to get charged to replace it despite the fact other people have had problems with this happening with the same ring no reviews on new product at point of order. At what point would you accept a manufacturing defect. Poor. Taking ring elsewhere to get reset properly why the hell would I pay you to do it. When the reviews say you can't even do this properly for other customers who have ended up paying. Awful service and awful company. Buyers beware! Take your money elsewhere. In response to the below: I've already contacted you so what exactly would the point of calling you again be.... this is just another blatant fob off to make it look like your actually doing something. Its too little too late. My comments stand.
Had a voucher of £25 after purchase of hugo boss wrist watch and yesterday was last day luckily I found Armani Exchange watch in sale fo £75 originally was £145 and with the voucher I just paid £50.so really happy with the service. Definitely will recommend and buy more jewelleries in future and hope I receive more vouchers at H. samuel stores .
Nice range of well displayed jewelry.
Returned a necklace where the diamonds came out of the centre piece in strips. Lady in the shop said that they hadn't seen it happen before but as a goodwill gesture they would replacey necklace with a brand new one. I'm sorry but it was only 3 months old and that shouldn't have happened, goodwill gesture or not, not good enough from such a well-known store!

I've recently purchased a item from here... The experience was very pleasant.
Was in Harrogate on Friday and ordered a wedding ring with my fiancée and was told there was only one left in the country in Chelmsford at size P and as we live in Blackburn, we said we would order and pick up there. They said it would be delivered by Tuesday and we ordered it on Friday and we had paid a deposit. We were very happy and loved the ring and thought great we will get on Tuesday. Been in store for it today only to be told that the ring has been discontinued and the ring we had ordered has been cancelled. The customer service was appalling and the Assistant Manager Nicol was rude at times and didn't apologise at all and just said it happens. We then asked for our deposit back and had the receipt, only to be told that on the system the ring and our order had not been cancelled by head office therefore we could not have a refund until they had cancelled it. He said they could only refund us if we had brought the ring back. How can we do that when we don't have the ring in the first place. It was really stupid and disappointing. No money off or other choices on rings for the same price. Still trying to upsell with poor service. We went to Peter Jackson and got cheaper better ring with really nice service.
