Lovely helpful staff" my favourite shop
The staff in this store are extremely helpful, don't rush you and are genuinely kind people
Katie and Isabella were so patient as I tried to make my decisions. They made constructive comments and weren't pushy. It was their treatment of me that let me walk away, and then be able to go back when I'd thought things through. Shop during the week if you can. I felt a bit intimidated by the number of staff on a Saturday, with various assistants chipping in and a more obvious desire to close a sale. So glad my first visits were Thurs and Fri.

I'm torn on my opinions of Pandora Burnly. The Staff are generally engaging and friendly, show patience when customers are choosing. But I'm not totally at ease with the experience? The shop is small and I sometimes feel ushered to specific areas, even when simply wanting to browse the show cabinets? I'm not always at ease being met at the door being asked what I'm looking for, when in reality I may not exactly know, till I've seen it? I go back, so I must feel OK?
