Great hidden cocktail bar in Watson street. Not cheap but service is good and selections are impressive.
I have visited numerous times and enjoyed every time. The cocktails are well made and always bring a smile to my face. I find the staff helpful and they have shown to be considerate. Last time I went, there was a mix up with the drinks and a misunderstanding of the ingredients, as a result they made a new drink for my friend at no cost or hassle. I have always sat in the back and I believe you have to book the tables for that, not certain as someone else has always arranged this. I would recommend this place, and enjoy self yourself
Decent wine in nice surroundings. The place is very welcoming and comfortable. Lots of champagnes on the menu if thats what you like. Good selection of wines and cocktails. Outside Balcony seating with smoking area. Cheese board was okay but the cheese was fridge cold. Any cheese served in a restaurant/bar should be definitely be room temperature
We booked a space following a conference and it was the best place to relax and enjoy some tasty drinks. It's a two minute walk from the conference centre so it's perfect to take clients or new friends you've met there. We ordered a few different cocktails and tried a few of the champagnes and they were all delicious and served with flair. Even the mocktails were fantastic for our non-drinking friend. What I particularly liked was the music they played there which was chilled out indie.
I first visited in 2015 where the visit has still affected me. The cocktails are simply outstanding with great quality of drinks particularly their Gin selection. When in Manchester this is a must if you value quality cocktails with professional staff who have string knowledge of their products.
good place for a couple of craft pints and great cocktails
This is one of my favourite bars to come hang out in. Thy make some of the best cocktails in Manchester especially an Aviation. The balcony has views overlooking the great northern square so you can sit and people watch all evening. Bar staff are friendly and very knowledgable when it comes to good drinks. I also think a few of them have won competitions for their cocktail making skills.
Organised this place as a meeting point for the start of the night when going out for my birthday. It's a champagne and cocktails bar with a plush interior and a place to impress. We sat outside on the terrace that overlooks the Great Northern Square. Everything here seems a little over priced, I had a small bottle of lager which was gone in 2 gulps and my Mrs had a prosecco which also was overpriced and not much in volume. Overall though a lovely place with nice decor.
Épernay is a very nice bar. You must be well dressed no sports wear allowed. The interior of the bar is nice, and the ambiance is good. During warmer weather they have a nice balcony to sit on. Very nice place to spend some time / money!
Absolutely loved this place. Had bubbles and brunch, including orange juice, champagne, cheese, pate, pastries... Splendid mix of music and yet not too loud to enjoy and hear your company...there is an outside terrace and a great range of wine, bubbles and cocktails....perfect!
