Probably one of my favourite places on Earth, amazing staff, atmosphere, drinks, music and of course the games. Leaving with a couple of high scores on Track & Field was just a bonus, couldn't recommend anything better! If you enjoy the 80s, this is as close as you'll get to heaven #80s #synthwave #1942 #trackandfield #pacman #donkeykong #cocktails
We were looking for a place to play some pool and kill some time before dinner. We found this place in an article and headed straight there. The entrance is hidden in a side street and we wouldn't have found it if it weren't for Google maps. The games definitely bring memories back to the PS1 days! There are also two pool tables downstairs available for hire. The drinks and tokens for the games are a really reasonable price for a city centre location, especially as we happened to go during happy hour!
Wonderful place hidden under Dogs and Dough in Manchester. If you want amazing cocktails in a fab 80s themed bar this is the place! There are great arcade games which are free to play when your drinking and pool tables!
A little difficult to find but great little spot. Nicely styled place, from the music through to the posters everywhere. Free arcade machines running & friendly staff. Could have done with an air hockey table though...
Really cool, cosy gamer bar. Oldskool games, nice vibes. Deffo be back!
Good selection of drinks and a cool theme. It's a little hidden away so usually a little quiter than some bars close by.
Surprisingly nice little gem for a night out with friends. The alleyway looks creepy and walking down to the basement doesn't inspire much confidence, but once you're down there it's quite amazing. Pool, arcade games, bar and nice music. Great for a group night out. Staff was amazing and fun to interact with.
Been here to celebrate a birthday having eaten upstairs in Dogs'n'Dough. It's an odd place to reach, but once you get there it's a great place. Decent bar with a good selection of cocktails but note that the cocktail list is different to that upstairs. There's a couple of arcade machines that are free to play including Donkey Kong and there are two pool tables. Although you need to pay to use them for an hour, your seating area is kept for you while you play. Great place, would go back.
Wow. Just. Wow. This place is amazing and a must see if you're out drinking or want a unique dating place. So the bar itself is situated below another bar/pizza parlour Dogs and Dough. You can see where it is by the bouncer at the stairs. As you walk down it feels daunting but then you walk into a pit of awesomeness. Pool/snooker, a bar and wait for it... FREE ARCADE MACHINES. Yes, you read that right, free arcade machines. And no I'm not talk about naff stuff, we're talking original Double Dragon, Pac Man, Donkey Kong, Space invaders and a few more. All presented In their original arcade machines. Drinks are somewhat expensive as are the pool/snooker tables but to play the arcade machines is worth it. No limits, all free to play. They really are the USP of this place.
Best small bar in Manchester. Friendly staff with knowledge of what they're serving. An amazing array of single malts, vodkas and rums and a good selection of classic cocktails. The pool tables are well kept too.
