Had a fantastic experience. Dropped my Tissot automatic and found it to be losing time. They tested it for free and offered  a lot of helpful advice. Customer service from Tracy was top notch. Will definitely use again in the future for watch needs.

Contacted perfect timing on 4 occasions to secure a watch, after waiting for a call back I was told that the watch has been reserved which was highly unlikely. Would not recommend them at all.

Have  used Perfect Timing since 1999 for maintenace and repair for our two RADO watches. Excellent professional service. Would recommend them to anyone who likes a 1st class service.
