I took a watch bracelet into this store to be adjusted. The girl took it out the back and I could hear a hammer banging metal. When she came back the bracelet of the watch was damaged where she had banged in the pins with a bare hammer. I was furious and said I was going to report her to their head office. On doing so the girl had forewarned them that I had been abusive and denied damaging the watch bracelet. The head office took the girl's side and said that if I returned to the shop they had the authority to call the police. Never again would I go near this store. They should have a special tool for to adjust watch bracelets and if they need to hammer pins back they should use a special jewellers hammer and not a bare metal one.
