Visited today to get some new earrings for my daughter and the customer service was excellent. The shop assistant was extremely helpful and we managed to purchase 2 pairs of earrings for £25. A very good price.

Quite possibly the worst customer service experience I have ever had, when I asked to speak to the manager she was rude, short and offered no assistance in trying to sort out the faulty goods I was sold. She clearly did not know the Sale of Goods Act, I will never return to this store again in my life. Happy to take your money but no after service.

Never bought the item in question, as for a simple silver ring, they tried to charge £100 more than any of their competitors. Quality also looked questionable.
