ordered some pizzas on saturday night .. website said around 45-60 mins took over an hour and a half to turn up.. spent over£42 on pizzas and they were awful! they were luke warm and lacking in taste.. the perfect pepperoni pizza had very little pepperoni on it .. the smokey bbq pizza had little bits of meat some sweetcorn and a few dollops of bbq sauce and very little taste a total let down.. we normally use Dominos but thought we would try Perfect Pizza..never again ! £42 and that was with 50% off.

Always got BOGO offer which is very reasonable. They're pepperoni's halal but leaves an after taste on the tongue which I don't prefer & don't suggest getting pepperoni. Besides that pizzas taste pretty good actually. I get the Mexican most of the time, because it tastes good even after reheating later on or the next day. Usually I don't like baked wings, but their wings are really good too. Never had issues with their delivery.

Just amazing, pizza with MY favourite toppings, beautiful base with a flavour to savour, and the tomato sauce has….something?… if I keep ordering I’ll twig…eventually. Prompt service and value for money….World Cup…bring it on….
I went to the website to order a family meal. The card transaction failed. I then proceeded to phone and place an order which I had delivered. 10 minutes later I had a call stating my order was ready for collection. I explained the situation but they bluntly said sorry we've made the order so we're not giving you a refund. Customer service was very poor to the point of being rude and aggressive. The owner actually phoned me and in a rather defensive and aggressive tone explained to me that I would not be getting a refund and that I should take it up with the card company. What differentiates good companies from bad companies is not just what they offer but also how they deal with customers when things don't go as they wished. Sadly Perfect Pizza Portsmouth was far from Perfect in that regard.
Worst pizza I have ever had. I thought it's a restaurant so it has high standard, but it tastes like rubber, salty, obviously heated from frozen, and nothing like freshly made. The taste is disgusting really, we threw all into bin after barely eating half of them.
