Very poor customer service I am very upset when I visit your Albert Road shop , next to Tesco. Your stuff was not friendly , not well trained and the food served it was not good. Chips was not, chicken wings were old , reheated , not served with ketchup. I have Visited around 6:30 to 7pm today 26/09/2022 Monday. The sales boy Not served tissue & salt or spone when i asjed for ketchup, he said its price 25p. He was busy with phone and talking with someone at that time. Hope you Guys should improve your service . I have no intention to visit the store again. If I meet with Mr Selim would be noticed about my observation. The other store staff's behave are good , specially the commercial Road stuff , he is always smiling.
Dead, chicken refried in front of me, chicken wings smelled like fish, overpriced, rude, never again, they should down this place, avoid!!! Chicken burger + 6 wings = £9.49 no drink and no chips Whouldnt offered a tissue to wipe this issue, Discussed!!!
This is one of THE WORST chicken burgers I have ever had in my entire life. Genuinely disgusting, only ate it because I spent £6.49 on it although next time I won't even take money to eat it. 1/10 truly vile.
The man working there tonight sold me worst fried chicken I've ever seen, and he didn't like customer feedback at all. Would not recommend it.
By far the worst food I have had in the UK. The chicken was old and reheated multiple times, the taste was aweful. Avoid at all costs. This wasn't cheap either.
The chicken is reheated, the chips are old, the staff are not professional and the bins are overflowing. This is not a Roosters despite the sign, avoid
When I eat in the Albert road branch or collect there its fine but when I order online the chicken is old and overcooked I cant tell whats bone or chicken its so bad. They get rid of the left overs online. They also delivered the wrong flavour milkshake, the wrong drink has turned up 3 times now. They forgot my beans and hash browns. Their food is good if you go in their shop so Ken why so bad with online orders?
I usually buy the hot wings meal,i really like it. They have a large variety of produce,but the wings are the best. The staff is polite and really fast i ordered and after 2 min i had my food packed,with mayo,salt and plastic fork plus paper tissues. Also the fries/chips are actually really good if salty.
I never got my order. I was fobbed off rudely after calling. Manager owns all the chains of this store. Said I wasn't getting my money back. £18 for nothing. Read the reviews folks. I should have. They don't even pay tax. People on here talk about no receipts given etc. Please save yourself a headache. Next day my bank was hacked. So is that not strange too. Watch your money and do NOT Order. These are shady men.
Nowhere near as good as the larger branch up the road. Fried chicken pieces were small and dry.
