They made our order in 2 min which was quite unusual. When we opened the bucket we saw the first photo. It was cold and looking disgusting. After my husband took it back they even didn’t apologise. They made another FRESH bucket of wings in the second photo. It’s very shame to treat regular customers like this. You gave to the family with young children this dog food and at least you could apologise and say sorry.
Delivered me the wrong order again , manager was ivery unhelpful and told me to eat it or throw it away food was cold so binned it , many thanks KFC fir nothing , I appreciate that Just eat made the delivery error , but the unhelpful manager , who basically said it’s my problem , I need to call just eat , she gave me a number which is for restaurants to use only so that was a waste of time , She suggested I re order the £26 worth if food again and try and get a refund from just east , as I mentioned above we tried to eat what they sent, Chips were soggy and cold , popcorn chicken stone cold , chicken fillets stone cold , KFC need to sort out the “it’s not our problem “ it’s your problem attitude of the manager.
This place has really gone downhill recently. We ordered a large meal for delivery last week, the food turned up with the gravy spilt all over the rest of the food, rather than try to complain through Uber we went to the store, they of course blamed the delivery driver and as we had no way to prove otherwise decided that tonight we would eat in expecting a much better service, how wrong we were! Firstly, my order was showing as ready to collect, stood for a good 5 minutes waiting, but the staff were more concerned with getting the delivey orders out than dealing with customers in the store, to the point that the bags waiting to go out were covering the screen detailing the eat in orders, when i pointed this out the staff were rude and dismissive. Upon receiving my food, the order was wrong, on checking, if you make changes to your order and then select large meal it resets everything to default so instead of coleslaw and a black coffee they tried to serve gravy and a Pepsi then when I pointed this out they tried to blame me my wife confirmed she watched me customise the order. Anyway, accepted the gravy but asked for them to swap the Pepsi for a black coffee and went to eat the food. This was now cold as it had been sat on the side whilst they dealt with the delivery orders, starving by this point we ate it anyway, at least my black coffee will be hot I thought, nope, it wasn't even a black coffee, it was white, i hate white coffee. Finally, as to blaming the delivery driver for the previous poor service, having watched the staff packing the bags I can say with 100% certainty that this too was a staff issue, they were literally throwing the boxes of food in the bags without even a care as to who was watching them or what state it would be in once delivered. Such a shame as I used to love KFC but will definitely not be returning to this branch.
I went into the drive through dud to time constraints. Ordered 2X mini fillet burgers with normal mayo. I just don't have words to explain how bad these burgers were. Basically slapped together but this wasn't really my issue. The rolls we're stale and rock hard. I tried to take them back and was left waiting for over 5 minutes after which I just left them there on the counter. I then called the store and asked if they had managed to look into it. The arrogance of the person who I called was 10 out of 10, unbelievable that a colleague would argue with a customer and basically call me a liar. I'm not impressed and will be doing a charge back on my card and taking this as far as I can with regards to a complaint. What an absolute joke.
Popped in here today to grab some food, service was quiet slow and the self ordering touch screen had a mind of there own, but the food was hot, fresh, well cooked, and some of the best KFC I’ve ever eaten. Spot on. Place was clean and everything was presentable. Really nice take away restaurant.Food: 5/5
Ordered through the drive through this evening received 1 piece of chicken instead of 2, a leg instead of a piece of fillet chicken in the zinger box meal, gravy was set thick, burger had no lettuce and chicken too tough to bite through only 5 pieces of popcorn chicken and all for £16. Oh you got the coke right, this isn't the first time that food has not been to a satisfactory standard. Are these reviews even read? As the quality of food and attention to detail has certainly not changed. I do not recommend this particular KFC
Ordered a £39.99 bucket meal today for daughter’s birthday. The 14 piece bucket conained only legs which were black beyond recognition. They obviously wanted to get rid of them quick. Asked for beans and gravy for the sides but were sent 2 salads. Avoid at all costs definitely not worth the money.Food: 1/5
Very quite here at the moment. Despite the kids on summer holidays. 4 ordering terminals but 2 not working. Very clean but it should be as not busy. Ask for sauces as they are not help yourself. Plenty of parking and free Parking: About 30 parking spaces outside. but on a huge retail estate so parking is easy.
This was a big office order of 30 plus meals. Pre ordered to save time but waited 30 minutes on arrival. Waste of time pre-ordering as they didn't start preparing until I arrived. We were assured the order was complete only to find on delivery, fries, and some chicken were missing. We were assured on the phone that everything this time was there, only to find on delivery they forgot to add everything that was missing. We gave up in the end, as after three attempts, they still got it wrong. Next time, we will use Port Solent.
I ordered the double gravy bucket with 8 hot wings, they gave me fillets instead and they didn’t give me my cool drink as well. This is the second time I am experiencing this with themFood: 2/5
