Pretty good restaurant. The food was only okay, but that was just one item, as I tried the dish my dinner partner had ordered and it was much better. The experience was slightly surreal as we were told to sit in the reception area and browse the menus before being seated. This has never happened to me before and seemed odd. However the staff were friendly, if somewhat stiff. Overall, a decent experience, but I probably wouldn't want to go back.

Superb family-run restaurant. Excellent food and friendly service. Have only been at lunchtime when it is quite quiet so may get busy in the evenings. Note the opening hours which indicate it is not open on Sundays nor on lunchtimes Monday to Wednesday.

There were about 15 of us on our table and the rest of the restaurant was very busy. We got served very quickly but didn't feel rushed. Prosecco while we waited for food was a nice touch. All of our orders arrived on time without fuss. That left us much more time to get on with enjoying ourselves. A good family Italian business.

One of the best restaurants in Reading! This is an authentic Italian restaurant (not a chain!), with really tasty food and with nice service. I have been several times and always tried different dishes, and none disappointed me so far, really liked all of them. I strongly recommend the raviolis as they are handmade! I have tried the ricotta raviolis and the special crab raviolis (these are not available everyday) and loved both! It is usual quite busy, so I would recommend to book a table if you want to try it.

Great staff, if pushy (are you SURE you don't want to order some Prosecco?). I ordered wrong in having a pile of mussels and shell on prawns on top of my pasta but once hacked to pieces it was tasty. Spent £36 X 10 and ate and drank heartily. I'll go again and I'm sure it'll be 5 stars
