People’s Ford PrescotnnWe went there a couple of weeks ago to buy a Ford Fiesta car. After a long search we found the right one.nWe’ve met Alan, I think he’s in charge of the whole department who took us a test drive.nAfter that Steven took us through the whole sale process. He explained everything from the start to finish. Have had the pleasure to have had a number of cars from this dealership over the last ten yrs. Always had top class service and attention and must say Andy Milligan who has dealt with me in the purchase of my latest new Kuga was excellent. His attention to detail over every aspect was superb and he was always at the end of a phone if I needed anything. Couldn't have asked for more. Excellent.
Highly recommend, i travelled an hour and a half to pick up my new car from them and I’m really pleased with the service, Chris and Steve were both great! Very friendly, relaxed and no pressure like you get with a lot of car dealerships, would buy from them again in the future!
Had a recent good experience with Peoples Ford Prescot. The Service Manager was really helpful with questions I had in relation to the service I was having. In addition the staff on the day were great and helpful. I'd booked an express service so was waiting on the site. There was a problem which meant it was going to take longer than expected. The member of staff came to tell me and was apologetic and assured me that it would be sorted as soon as possible. She provided hot refreshments throughout the time I was there.
