I was looking around the shop with my friend today and got approached by a staff member that was following me round the whole time and made me feel uncomfortable this has also happened on numerous occasions however she doesn’t seem to target anyone else, she then made a rude and false accusation when I feel I did nothing wrong by just looking around like anyone would do in a shop! Not aimed at all staff members, as far as I am aware the rest are lovely!

I was with my friend looking around the shop and the whole time I was followed by one of the workers which made us feel quite uncomfortable. she made a rude comment to us and told us off for just looking around the shop. we go in there every week and it’s always the same worker who followers us repeatedly. this is not aimed at all workers as normally the rest are lovely, we were just put in an very awkward position.

Lovely  clothing  and great  service  and  staff  are lovely  always  happy to help you

It has most things  Whitchurch needs this shop and Peacocks head office should invest in it more! There are WAY TO MANY COFFEE AND EATERIES within the village. This shop is a must for anyone who has difficulty going into town and does not shop online.

Well stocked, lovely high street store. Lots of little quirky gifts in store today, I started Christmas shopping  worth a visit

Nice little store I can usually find something parking limited wheelchair accessible not sure about toilets though
