Good shopping experience. Excellent offers on clothes and shoes. The website has daily offers on click and collect. You can get 70% off at times if you look and are lucky with the sizes.

My favourite store when looking for clothes. Good selection of fashions for old and young. I always see more that I can afford. Resturaunt Excellent and is the Coffee shop instore. I always visit when I go to Cardiff.

Visited Debenhams today for what I thought was a ladies evening, I had the wrong day but a lovely young man called Simon sorted us out with some prosecco and sat us at the spritz bar with I must say a very knowledgeable young man called Jim who myself and my friend had a fab time with  he is the one to go to he knows his scents and has a fabulous personality Debenhams you are lucky to have such warm and friendly employees they done you proud as they say x

A have a Debenhams gold card being a long time customer! But I now find that although they may sell quality branded products they are out of my price range.They used to sell electronics and games also a good range of kitchen products.All of this seems to have gone.So if you have the money please shop in here .No worries about the store but if it was to sell mid priced items that are more affordable well maybe more customers.

The sales assistant Kasha at elemis is wonderful, very knowledgeable about the products, fantastic customer service skills. had a complementary facial with her and it really exceeded my expectation, very professional and relaxing. Highly recommended!
