A bit run down, and ever so slightly "Grace Brothers". The selection of clothing is superb, and staff are a pleasure. The shoe department is a major disappointment; untidy, confusing and staff not as helpful/plentiful as in other areas.

A good old department store. You want something? Odds are that they sell it somewhere on the various floors. You want a certain variety of jeans, they have an amazing selection. If they are out of a certain style or size, they can order it in. Sadly this us the sort of store that is being superseded by specialist shop. It may not always be the cheapest, but it's real.

Large, rambling, department store offering good quality goods right in the centre of Cardiff. Great for mooching around on a shopping day. Look out for the local market a few doors away in one direction, the quaint arcades in the surrounding area and the open air cafe in the small square that it backs on to.

Great place to go and great restaurant upstairs especially the 99p refills on hot drinks.

Used to work here a interesting fact the building is made up of more than one buildings from over the years past. In the middle of the building is a disused church that is hidden in behind a fake wall, the place itself is not visible only a stone peice in the ground floor section. As it stands now as been open many years and now mostly consists of concessions as aposed to all house of Fraser products. Bit of cool history quite a historic set of buildings.
